Where are you located?
We are a mobile florist based out of Green Cove Springs, Florida.
How often are new products added to the online stores?
We add products to our online stores frequently, and offer new sales and promotions, as well, so check back often for new styles and great deals.
How quickly will my order be processed?
For items in stock, they will be shipped within 48 business hours. For made-to-measure, or special order requests (custom orders), you will be notified via email communication when it will be ready to ship. Please note shipping will take an extra 3-5 business days (unless the postal carrier experiences delays due to a natural disaster, act of God, alien invasions or weather). Backorders: Please allow 3-5 weeks for all backorders and peak seasons. We will notify you when your product is ready and shipped.
Wait a minute. Why no phone number?
We are only but a few hands creating your beautiful designs. While we would love to have the phone ringing, it will keep us from creating beautiful pieces for you. If you message us, we can get to a stopping point and get back with you.
Can I have free shipping on my order??
We know you all like free shipping and we do often offer it as part of a promotion but it is not an automatic ‘right’ for every customer. We have considered offering it all the time but the costs would have to be absorbed elsewhere (i.e. the price of products going up, which wouldn’t be popular either). The old cliché that ‘the customer pays in the end’ is true in this case I’m afraid.
Current completion times vary depending on the item. Completion time is the actual time it takes to finish your order and package it. If you need your order COMPLETED (not completed and in your hands) in less than 2 weeks kindly message us BEFORE you purchase to make sure your order can be done, and we can discuss priority postage options if need be. For printed design fabrics, pattern and placement may vary, but the color will be the same. Different manufacturers can have different color hues for matching. If you need us to match your color exactly, a swatch of fabric help guarantee color matching. It is the buyer’s responsibility to read these policies. By making a purchase through our shop you are agreeing to these terms.
Do you ship flowers?
Yes! For weddings or events that are not local to Northeast Florida, we can ship silk flowers to you. Flower and shipping costs will be discussed during your consultation. Contact us today to start creating the design of your dreams.
Do you charge a bridal consultation fee?
Yes, we charge a flat rate of $50 for the designer's time.
What is a DIY Party Kit?
It's a do-it-yourself way of saving money! This party kit includes many items such as party hats, a party banner, drink labels, cupcake toppers, party favor bags and more. We create our own designs and print them out on high quality paper and ship to you. Once you receive your kit, it has instructions how to cut out each item or label so you can put them together (siccors and regular tape will be needed). These kits are budget friendly but will take time to assemble. We do offer setup, deliver and assmbly for you if you prefer, just contact us and we can get things going for you. Just give us at least 3 weeks lead time so we can design your kit and get it delivered to you in time for your event. Many item selections are available (including wine labels for our custom kits).
